Beautiful bag – but hardware scratches easily. The bag itself is stunning. The gold hardware is shiny but I noticed scratches after only a few uses. I wish they had a protective coating. Other than that, the crocodile skin is beautiful and the interior is well organized. Still a gorgeous piece.
The ultimate investment piece. I was hesitant due to the price, but this Birkin is an investment. The grade of porosus crocodile is pristine with even scales. The double rolled handles are comfortable for carrying. I use it for client meetings and it always commands respect. The condition was impeccable.
Nice but not perfect. I love the design but the crocodile scales are not uniform on one side. For this price point I expected flawless. Also the bag is quite heavy empty. The lock is finicky. Overall it's nice but I expected more for the cost. The stitching is impeccable though.
