Beautiful but strap length could be longer. I adore the color and leather – etoupe togo with gold hardware is perfection. The retourne style makes it look more casual than a sellier, which is exactly what I wanted. My only minor quibble is the shoulder strap drop: at 16.5 inches, it’s a bit too short for comfortable crossbody wear on me (I’m 5’8”). I wish Hermès offered a longer strap option. Otherwise, the interior pockets are well-designed and the lock adds a nice touch. Still a four-star bag for quality.

Exquisite craftsmanship, worth the wait. I’ve been eyeing a Kelly for years and this Retourne 32 in etoupe togo did not disappoint. The contrast stitching is clean, the gold hardware has a rich glow, and the clochette with working lock and keys feels special. It holds all my essentials plus an extra pouch. The leather scratches slightly easier than expected, but it adds character. A true heirloom.

Timeless investment piece. This Kelly in Etoupe is the perfect neutral – the togo leather feels both sturdy and supple, and the gold hardware adds just the right amount of warmth. The retourne style gives it a slightly relaxed vibe that I love for daily wear. I use the shoulder strap most days, though the handle drop is comfortable for hand carrying. The interior chevre lining is a lovely touch. Absolutely no regrets.

The perfect everyday Kelly. I was hesitant about the price, but this bag exceeds expectations. The etoupe color goes with everything in my wardrobe – jeans, dresses, work suits. The togo leather is forgiving and doesn’t show wear easily. I especially love the zip pocket inside for keys and the two open pockets for my phone. The gold hardware doesn’t feel flashy, just elegant. Highly recommend if you want a versatile Kelly without the stiff structure of a sellier.
