Smaller than expected. I knew the measurements, but in person the 25 feels quite compact. The flap and lock take up space, so I can barely fit my iPhone Pro and a card holder. The leather and hardware are gorgeous though. If you carry minimal, this works. For me, it’s a bit too tight.
