Pretty but not as expected. The design is nice but I expected a bit more weight for the price. The gold is 18K but the medal feels thin and light. Also the Cancer symbol is not as crisp as I hoped – a bit blurry on the edges. It’s okay for daily wear but not as luxurious as other Van Cleef pieces I own.

Great medal but chain is short. The medal itself is beautiful – high quality gold with excellent detail of the Cancer crab. My only minor issue is that the chain feels a bit short for my preference; I had to add an extension. Otherwise, the craftsmanship is top notch and it looks very elegant.
