Love the texture and hardware. The shiny lambskin catches the light beautifully. I wasn't sure about the grey but it's more versatile than I expected. The chain strap has a nice weight to it. Fits my essentials: small wallet, phone, car key, and a compact mirror. Top handle is a great addition for carrying by hand.

Perfect evening and weekend bag. Bought this for my wife and she hasn't stopped using it. The chain strap is comfortable on the shoulder and the double flap keeps everything secure. She loves the interwoven leather and chain detail. The grey leather lining is a nice surprise. Only minor thing is the strap doesn't adjust very long for crossbody if you're tall, but it's fine for her. Overall, a stunning piece.

Beautiful but delicate leather. The bag is gorgeous—the grey shade is unique and the gold CC lock is iconic. However, the lambskin is very soft and prone to scratches. I've owned it for two weeks and already noticed a faint mark from my fingernail. I wish Chanel used a more durable finish. Still, it's a stunner for special occasions. Just need to be extra careful.
