Beautiful but scuffs easily. The bag looks stunning out of the box. However, the natural cowhide-leather trim scratches very easily. After just two weeks of careful use, I noticed scuff marks on the corners. For a bag at this price point, I expected more resilience. The interior is nice but the trim durability is a letdown.
Almost perfect, chain a bit short. I love the design and comfort. The only issue is the gold chain is not adjustable — it's a fixed length that sits awkwardly on my shoulder when worn crossbody. Otherwise, the bag is beautifully made and the Monogram canvas is durable.
