Great bag, color is deeper than online. The craftsmanship is excellent and I appreciate the removable straps. The online photos made the Blue Hour look lighter; in person it's a bit darker, more navy. Still beautiful, but be aware. The zipper pull is smooth.
Perfect everyday luxury. This Diane bag is exactly what I wanted. The gold hardware adds just the right amount of shine. I use the woven crossbody strap most days – it’s comfortable and the leather strap is nice for evenings. The size is ideal for phone, wallet, and keys.
Excellent quality and design. Bought as a gift and my wife adores it. The embossed leather looks more refined than the classic monogram canvas. The interior microfiber lining is soft. She uses the top handle most often. Really well-made.
My new favorite bag. The Blue Hour shade is gorgeous – like a dusky blue. The grained cowhide leather is durable and resists scratches well. I love the compact size; it holds my iPhone Pro Max with room for a small pouch. Highly recommend.
Beautiful but buckle needs breaking in. The bag itself is stunning and the leather quality is top-notch. However, the front buckle is quite stiff to open and close. I expect it will loosen over time. Also, the strap is a bit long for my 5'2" frame even on the shortest setting. Otherwise, great.
Stunning craftsmanship. The leather has a beautiful subtle embossing that you can feel. The buckle detail is classic Louis Vuitton. I received many compliments. The strap length options are great, though I wish the crossbody strap was a tiny bit longer for taller frames. Still, 5 stars.

Nice but not practical for daily use. I wanted to love this bag, but the size is too small for my needs. I can barely fit a slim wallet, phone, and keys – no room for sunglasses. The leather also shows fingerprints easily. It’s a quality piece, just not functional enough for me.
